Hey, this topic is making reference to the new INVITE Command that X will invite you in specified channels. /msg x modinfo #Chan INVITE on|off
I, as a mIRC Scripting person LOVE this command, its bypassing targets and helps out with autojoin scripts. But lets say you use a command to part all the channels you are on. (/partall or /close..) and you would like to trigger X to invite you back in all the specified channels, it would be neat to have a command like this one So it triggers the invite system procedures. Viewed by the eye of a scripter it would be awesome. I know we could just simply use something like alias inviteall {
.msg x invite #chan1
.msg x invite #chan2
.msg x invite #chan3
}
BUT, if the list is too big, it could make you go in X's ignore list for a whole hour. Just my 2¢ And Constructive Feedback would be awesome.

Awsome idea mate , sice rarely who think to create such commands as a normal users with low Previlage... and i like the command type its so usefull good work my friend , just keep the good work growing up

If you used/partall and no longer on channels, well, it's a lot easier to just reconnect, re-login and have X invite you back, don't you think?

Actually it's not "your nickname". A nickname is a nickname, nothing more, nicknames are not owned on Undernet. In fact, the only truly protected nicknames on Undernet, are those reserved for services.

Good idea, the command is "/msg X modinfo <#channel> INVITE [on|off]" not what you mentionned
