That refer to how many users have been glined from the same IP.
Sorry for stepping in Mitko

Not really sure about it, but that appears only on local glines (by server).

You'll get a better and faster answer on #Help or #UserGuide, also CSC has nothing to do with gline, thats IRC Operators job.

It`s quite simple as mitko said the number reffers to the number of users not ips affected by the gline.
If the number is 0 a rare case on undernet, it means that the gline is set on an ip that is not connected to undernet at the moment the gline is set.

I saw that "0" under [ ] only with a specific Gline message:
* Quits: nick (identd@host) (Quit: G-lined ([0] infected! Advertising infecting web sites. Clean this computer! http://www.moosoft.com http://housecall.trendmicro.com/))
So i guess this is an exception for the rule that the number under [ ] represents the number of Glined users.
PS: no use to ask a Cservice Admin, they have nothing to do with gline/kline problems, better ask an IRCop.

A coder would give you the right answer. Better ask in #coder-com

That's not really possible if it was "(Quit: G-lined " - if it was real gline it would have been "(G-lined " without that "Quit:" . InternetX wrote: maybe 0 = permanent
There is no permament gline, all glines are based on time.
