Really, what can I say about #zT? In my opinion, #zT is outdated, they are not so popular as before. Every time I join there, there are a very few users/helpers and you must wait 2 hours to state your question. That's why it is nasty. #help Rulez!

However, a help channel is not about being popular, it's about being useful and helpful to users. as for #zt channel , it has already been disscused on this forum http://www.undernet.org/forum/viewtopic ... ghlight=zt
#Help does not provide the same help as #zt : whilst #help provides general IT/IRC help , #zt handles reops.
