Well, found this ideea on another forum that has a lot of members and visitators. (Inuration Forums - You earn IT points posting and using the IT points you get free webhosting).
There should be some SubMods (Sub moderators) that should take care of the forums. There should be a user-group. SubMods should watch the forum and tell the moderators to lock topics, remove topics, edit topics; watch for users that are making spam and so on...

LordMike
The moderators are trying to keep the Forum as clean as possible.
I don't think there is a need of "SubMods"
The Moderators are in charge and I think that most of them are doing a great job.
If the Moderator is not doing his/her job, probablly he does not deserve to be one and that another person should replace him/her.
However, that is just my oppinion.

LordMike, anyone's contribution to the forum is welcome. If you spot a post which you consider it would require the attention of a moderator, you can send the URL and a brief explanation by Private Message to one of the more active moderators of that section; I'm sure moderators will thank you for making their job of finding mistakes easier. There's no need for a sub-group to do that, anyone can do it. I've been lobbying towards installing an add-on script for the forum which adds a blue button for each post; visitors and regular members can click it to report the post to all moderators of the section. The currently low volume of activity on the forum doesn't really require such a script for now, manual method is sufficient.

For Christ's sake!
First you go off saying some comment directed to CService would get your username suspended. Now you think your forum username would if you state your opinion.
Are you even afraid of your own shadow?

Rebel do you even know what happened to kid`s forum username? If you do than i advise you to shut up! If you don`t ask someone who knows! And about the Cservice Topic from the "How can we improve undernet", last time i checked it was deleted or moved! Anyway i still can`t find it!
What do you have to say about that?
