Spambot forum protection.

I would like to make a suggestion, how about making registration on this forum to be approved by admins.
This way no more spambots will be able to register again.

And its not going to be a devastating change since i see a lot of moderators online everyday plenty of times.

This would relly help.

Any comments or ideas?
