"Closing Link: by Bucharest.RO.EU.Undernet.Org ([dnsbl-cached] xx.xxx.xxx.xxx (my ip) is listed as a spammer/cracker/phisher and is not welcome here.). I am NOT spammer.. phiser... what happened..?? how can i fix this , so i can connect on the channel. Please Help me !!! THANKS

first question is, is your IP address static (never changes) or dynamic (changes when you reset your modem/router/internet connection)?

If it's static, you will need to look into how to get your IP address remove from various spam block lists (do an internet search with your favourite search engine)

If it's dynamic first try resetting your internet connection to get another IP address (try this more than once), if that doesn't help try another server (as mentioned in a previous post), if another server doesn't help, talk to you ISP about getting the IP addresses removed from the spam block lists they are listed on, if they can't/wont do this your last and only remaining resort is to find another ISP.
