I am writing to you from Macedonia. We have serious issues here. We cannot hook up on IRC cause the Undernet server bans us 'cause we are all connected in a MAN network and the server "thinks" we are one person cloning lot of IRC connections. Can this be fixed?
Our service (MOBI Cable Net) doesn't not have the capacity to fix this problem (every user to get a own unique IP address).
HOW CAN BE FIXED? PLEASE!

Precisely to avoid real cloning situations where there are several clients connected from a same user@host it's because Undernet restricts connections. Free-donated bandwidth and resources are limited, so allowing multiple connections from a same host or IP is not affordable and no exceptions can be made.

If your run-for-profit commercial Internet Provider can't get individual IPs for its customers, the non-profit/free-service-based Undernet cannot afford to waste its resources.
