What does this mean? I have been using Tampa.Fl as my server, as it's the only one that doesn't timeout. (My ISP is suddenlink).

hello, your ip is glined (globally banned from connecting to any undernet servers) basically you need to either to wait until it expires or the best solution is to email at abuse@undernet.org including ip and ask for a removal.
