The below is an Agenda of the event.  Each section will have approx. 25 
mins per section with 5 mins of questions that have been submitted by users 
to be answered and that is why Di posted the questions and asked you think 
of answers :)

At the end of the event the channel will be opened up for the user's to ask 
all their questions and everyone will be able to interact.

I) The Agenda for the event day has been decided as:

    1st)  The  History: coordinated by BrightEye

    2nd)  The Admins section: coordinated by DinTn

    3rd)   The  Coders  section:  Run-Isomer-GTE(?)

    4th)  Cservice section: coordinated by c00kie

    5th)  User-com section: coordinated by Cynthia and ferrago

II) Programs of each section (those discussed in the meeting):

     1) History Program
        BrightEye  will  present  a  brief  summary  of the
        Undernet History along with stories of interesting things.
        She  has  been working in the History Document. Mmmm may also be
        eventually helping in this.

     2) Admins Program
        DinTn,  TikTok  and  Mmmm  are  co-ordinating  the  program and
        speakers.
        (from  DinTn's  email  sent  to  the  list)  She  will set up a
        separate  smaller  admin  channel  where admins can have a chat
        environment rather than having a direct interview channel.
        She  will  try  to  present  periods  of  the  Undernet history
        starting  by the founders (if finally possible) and followed by
        other representative stages.
        Founders   said  they  will  *try*  to assist. Likewise with TikTok
        and Niels.
        CapVideo finally won't be able to make it.
        ShakeKat  and  CyberDude  have  agreed  to present some history
        stages.
        To finish up, some newest admins will be presented.

     3) Coder-com Program
        Run  will  do  the  majority  of the coder-com stuff.
        Isomer will present the current coder-com.
        Nemesi  and Nextie will present stuff like euworld and some new
        features in latest ircu versions.
        GTE is presenting a nice show with X and W.

     4) Cservice Program
        c00kie will have each co-ordinator give a brief summary of what
        happened/changed during their time as co-ordinators.
        Merrii,  DinTn  and  DrCkTaiL  will  take  care of the last 2-3
        years.
        The beginning still need to be filled.

     5) User-com Program
        Cynthia  will present the current stage of Usercom. Ferrago may
        be presenting the beginning.
        Cynthia  said she has been trying to contact Pyber by email/IRC
        without luck so far.  - Pyber has been contacted and will be attending
        Macro  might  also  be  contacted  to  get  him  involved  with
        presenting some Usercom stages.
        Some  of  the  topics of the program will include the merger of
        Doco-com and Pr-com into User-com.
